Sunraysia Volleyball Inc (SVI) invites Affiliated Associations, Clubs or individuals to provide nominations for either Life Membership or a Distinguished Service Award by submitting the attached SVI nomination form.
Nominations are accepted each year, closing approximately a month before the AGM for the committees consideration.
